Can I get my order delivered elsewhere?

If you want your order to be sent to another address because you are not at home or because your order is a gift, enter this address during payment.

You will receive the invoice via the submitted e-mail address, while the package is sent to the selected delivery address.

When will I receive my package?

We can fully understand that you really look forward to receiving your order. You will therefore receive updates from us about your order:

- You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail when your order has been successfully placed.

- You will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail when your package is on its way. This will also contain the Track & Trace code which will allow you to follow your order.

In European countries it will take around 6-8 days to receive your package, this might differ depending on the border situations due to COVID-19, or other circumstances not dependent on us.

Can I return my purchase?

Have you changed your mind and want to return your product? This can be done free of charge within 30 days after receiving your order.

Bear the conditions stated below in mind when returning your products:

– Open the shipping box and original packaging carefully, so that you can reuse them to return the order if necessary.

How can I exchange or return my product?

Does the product meet the return conditions? If yes:

Does this not work or is something unclear? Contact our customer service, they will be happy to personally assist you further!

After sending the email, you will receive the return address and a unique ticket number with which to return your order to us.

Remember that if you return an order in full, or if the total amount of the non-returned order falls below the minimum amount to receive the gift, you no longer meet the conditions to keep the gift supplied and it must then also be returned.

Returns are free of charge with us!

Complaints

Obviously, we want you to fully enjoy your products. We would therefore like to hear from you if you have complaints about our products and/or services.

For us to be able to help you as effectively as possible, you can contact us by e-mail, (Facebook) ​Messenger​. Our aim is to respond to your message within one day, also during weekends. If your complaint is about an online order, please send us your order number as well. We can then immediately get to work for you.
