Can I receive my order at a location other than the billing location?

If you would like your order to be sent to a different address because you are away from home or because your order is a gift, please enter this address during checkout.

You will receive the invoice via the submitted email address while the package is being sent to the selected delivery address.

When will I receive my order?

We are sure you are looking forward to your order. Therefore, you will receive timely updates from us:

- You will receive an order confirmation by email when it has been successfully placed.

- You will receive a delivery confirmation by email when your shipment is on its way. This email will contain a Track & Trace code that will allow you to track your order.

In European countries, it will take approximately 6-8 days to receive your package, this period may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.

Can I return my order?

Changed your mind and want to return your product? This can be done free of charge within 30 days of receiving your order.

Please note the following conditions when returning your products:

– Carefully open the delivery box and original packaging so that you can reuse them and return the order if necessary.

How can I exchange or return my product?

Is the product eligible for return? If the answer is yes:

After sending the email, you will receive the return address and a unique ticket number with which to return your order to us.

Remember that if you return an order in full, or if the total amount of the non-returned order falls below the minimum amount to receive the gift, you no longer meet the conditions to keep the gift supplied and it must then also be returned.
